O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/accused under section 438 of Cr.P.C., seeking to enlarge the petitioners on bail in the event of their arrest by the Station House Officer, I-Town Police Station Srisailam, Kurnool district in connection with any crime that may be registered in pursuance to the complaint lodged by one Smt.K.Sowjanya Lakshmi @ Totakonda Sowjanya.

2. The petitioners filed the present petition on mere apprehension that they may be arrested in the crime to be registered by the Station House Officer, I-Town Police Station, Srisailam, Kurnool district, on the complaint lodged by Smt. K.Sowjanya Lakshmi @ Totakonda Sowjanya, the wife of petitioner No.1.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State on instructions submits that not even a complaint was registered against the petitioners, therefore, the present petition is premature and not maintainable.

4. In view of the statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no order required to be passed in this criminal petition.

5. The Criminal Petition is accordingly disposed of.

6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
