This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the order dated 19.08.2015 in Crl.M.P.No.1684 of 2015 in C.C.No.438 of 2006 on the file of the Court of the II Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal revision case. He further submitted that the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court may be dispensed with.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. The presence of the petitioner, who is accused No.5 in C.C.No.438 of 2006, before the trial Court is hereby dispensed with on each and every date of adjournment. However, he shall appear before the trial Court as and when his presence is so required.
