Petitioners' grievance is that an extent of Ac.0-25 cents earmarked for graveyard in Dodleru Village, Krosuru Mandal, Guntur District by proceedings Rc.No.414/2012-A, dt.20.06.2013 of the 4th respondent addressed to the 2nd respondent has not been demarcated on the ground, leading to disputes between the petitioners, who belong to Rajaka community and other persons of Hindu community. 2.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that the respondents 3 to 5 will demarcate the above extent of land on the ground, which is earmarked as burial ground for the Rajaka community, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 3 to 5 to demarcate the above extent of land on the ground, which is earmarked as a burial ground for the Rajaka community, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in the presence of petitioners and other residents of the village to ensure that there are no further disputes in the matter. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
