CVNR, J & GSP, J W.P.No.21633 of 2005 Dated:17.8.2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"... to issue writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the order passed in O.A No.5577/93 dt.19.6.1997 which was confirmed in order in MA No.1964/97 in Review MA (SR) No.8269/97 in OA No.5577/1993 by the Hon'ble A.P. Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, dt.3.2.2005 as unjust and without any basis and set aside the same and further, to declare the Memo No.46/C3/93 dt.11.6.1993 issued by the 2nd respondent as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the Rules and further, to direct the official respondents to review the promotions made to the post of Superintendents in Zone-I following the settled final seniority list in the cadre of Senior Assistants issued in Proc.No5596/88 dt.31.1.1988 and promote the petitioner with effect form 11.4.1986 as Superintendent."

At the hearing, Mr. M.Rathna Reddy, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the sole petitioner died. As the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner are not brought on record, the Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.Nos.27770 of 2015 and 20178 of 2006 are dismissed as infructuous.
