THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.26476 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not supplying the essential commodities to the petitioner's fair price shop situated in Puthramaddi Village, Irala Mandal in Chittoor District, though the authorization of the petitioner is subsisting as on today, which is neither suspended nor cancelled.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader submits that the authorization of the petitioner was suspended on 31.07.2017 and in view of the said order, no relief can be granted in the present Writ Petition. In view of the above, it is open to the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law, and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
