Mr. M.V.Giri Prasad, counsel for the petitioner, after going through the written instructions received from the office of the 3rd respondent seeks liberty to challenge the orders by referring to which the respondents are allegedly interfering with the possession of the petitioner.

By granting the liberty as prayed for, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
