THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. ABHISHEK REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 30145 of 2021 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. With their consent, the Writ Petition is being disposed of at the admission stage.

Aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not mutating their names in the revenue records with respect to the subject lands situated at Gundal Village, Doma Mandal, Vikarabad District, in spite of their online application vide Reference No.LM2100090425, the petitioners filed this Writ Petition.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, states that the respondent authorities would consider the application of the petitioners and pass necessary orders thereon in accordance with law.

Having regard to the above made submission, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to consider the online application of the petitioners vide Reference No.LM2100090425 and pass necessary orders thereon, in

AAR, J W.P.No.30145 of 2021 accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, duly putting all the interested parties on notice and considering the objections, if any.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
