No. 22897 of 2018 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Having heard the learned counsel for both the parties at length and perused the material placed on record, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 29.08.2017 said to have been made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
