HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.7486 of 2019 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1087 of 2019 in Cr.No.58 of 2018 on the file of the VI Addl. Sessions Judge Court, Godavarikani. 2.

By order, dated 23.10.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.1087 of 2019, the learned VI Addl.

Sessions Judge, Godavarikani, granted bail to the petitioners-A1 to A3 on each of them executing a personal bond for Rs.25,000/- with two sureties for a like sum each with a condition that they shall appear before SHO of P.S., NTPC every week, that too on Sunday between 10.00 to 12.00 noon till filing of charge sheet. Challenging the same, this petition is filed for relaxation of condition.

Taking into consideration the nature of offences and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it appropriate to modify the said order. 4.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of and the order, dated 23.10.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.1087 of 2019 in Cr.No.58 of 2018 on the file of the VI Addl. Sessions Judge, Godavarikani, is modified by directing the petitioners-A1 to A3 to appear before the S.H.O. of P.S., NTPC, on first Sunday of every month between 10.00 AM

and 5.00 PM till filing of charge sheet. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _______________________ JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI DATED: 28.11.2019.
