Sri Kota Subba Rao, learned counsel appearing for the appellant-Insurance Company, filed a letter dated 13.7.2015 before the Registry, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the CMA. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the CMA is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
