When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor represented that in this matter, charge sheet already filed.

2) By recording the said submission, the petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to file fresh quash petition impugning the police final report, C.C. No.374 of 2013 with Part II Case Diary and other material, if any, and the petitioner is permitted to take back the original records from this file.

3) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
