HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No. 17382 of 2015 ORAL ORDER:
Petitioners are physically challenged. They have instituted this writ petition alleging that even though they are eligible and all of their documents are scrutinized and found to be correct, they were not granted pension under Aasara scheme meant for physically handicapped persons. Counter affidavit is filed by third respondent. In para 4 third respondent states that there was delay in granting pension on the ground that petitioners did not submit their eligibility certificates and since now they have submitted the required certificates, same is processed and accordingly pension is sanctioned and has been credited to their accounts. In view of the above statement, no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition. Accordingly the same is dismissed. No costs. Having regard to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
