Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt. Jhansi, learned Standing counsel for the respondent Municipal Corporation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 05.09.2017 the petitioner submitted a representation to the respondent Municipal Corporation, but no action has been taken on the said representation. It is also stated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition that the petitioner is willing to pay the undisputed amount, which would come to Rs.8,44,328/-. On hearing the same, it is submitted by the learned Standing counsel that if the petitioner is ready to pay the said amount, the respondent authorities would release the subject property to the petitioner, subject to his paying the above said amount and the respondents will also consider the representation, dated 05.09.2017.

Recording the said submissions, the writ petition is disposed of, permitting the petitioner to pay the admitted sum of Rs.8,44,328/-. On such payment, the respondents shall release the subject property and also consider the representation, dated 05.09.2017, strictly in accordance with law. No costs.
