HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR W.P.No.1769 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard.

The petitioner's A4 shop licence was suspended pending enquiry under the proceeding of the 2nd respondent, dated 20-012015, which is impugned herein. The issue raised in this writ petition is similar to W.P.No.1056 of 2015, which was disposed of on 27-01-2015.

In view of that, following the order in W.P.No.1056 of 2015, dated 27-01-2015, this writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to submit his explanation to the 2nd respondent, who shall consider the same and pass appropriate final orders within two weeks from the date of receipt of explanation from the petitioner. No order as to costs.

The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.

Office to attach copy of the order in W.P.No.1056 of 2015, dated 27-01-2015 alongwith this writ petition.
