ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to set aside proceedings dated 19.09.2009 of respondent No.1, whereby he has suspended the petitioner's fair price shop authorization pending the enquiry under Section 6-A of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955.

At the hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (TS) submitted that pending the writ petition, a final order was passed restoring the petitioner's fair price shop authorization on 29.08.2010. In the light of the above subsequent development, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and the same is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 08.10.2009 in W.P.M.P.No.27926 of 2009 is vacated and W.P.M.P. No.27926 of 2009 filed by the
