ORDER:
Petitioners herein have grievance against respondent No.3 and allege that without there being any crime registered against them, respondent No.3 is repeatedly calling them to the police station and threatening them to settle the matrimonial dispute between brother of the petitioners and daughter of respondent No.5. Petitioner also have grievance against respondent No.4 that in spite of their complaint dated 07.03.2015, no action is taken by
respondent No.4.
2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home has received instructions from respondent No.3 as well as respondent No.4. Respondent No.3 states that on a complaint filed by one Smt. Kauser Begum W/o. Mohd. Abdul Nabi dated 23.02.2015, addressed to the Commissioner of Police and forwarded to respondent No.3; Cr.No.52 of 2015 is registered against Mr. Abdul Khader and Mr. Khader Baig and investigation is stated to be at the preliminary stage. It is also stated that the petitioners are not required in connection with that case and if any information is required from the petitioners, the investigating agency will proceed against them by following due procedure.
So far as respondent No.4 is concerned, it is specifically stated that the complaint of the petitioners dated 07.03.2015 addressed to the Commissioner of Police was received by respondent No.4 and based on that, a case in Cr.No.69 of 2015 is registered and investigation is taken and is at the preliminary stage.
3. In view of the aforesaid instructions, therefore, let the investigation in the respective crimes be proceeded in accordance with law and since it is stated that the presence of petitioners is not required, no further directions are required to be issued in this writ petition. The writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _____________________ VILAS V.
