Heard the counsel for petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for respondents.

The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner nos.2 and 3 have not considered his representation dt.30.04.2018 for appointing him as a Kerosene Hawker on compassionate grounds in respect of the subject shops.

The learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies, appearing for respondents, states that respondent nos.2 and 3 will consider petitioner's representation within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent nos.2 and 3 to consider petitioner's representation within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
