When the matter is taken up for hearing, on 22.11.2018, none appears for the petitioners and, hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 23.11.2018. Even today, again, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed for default and also for non-prosecution of the case. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition stands closed.
