Petitioners claim that they are the owners of Ac.23.00 of land in Sy.Nos.299 and 300 of Poppalaguda Village, Rajendra Nagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. In this writ petition petitioners are aggrieved by the notification issued under Section 22-A (2) of the Indian Registration Act (for short 'the Act') notified vide G.O.Ms.No.1092 dated 06.06.2005 including their lands in the list of prohibited properties.

On the issue of inclusion of properties in the prohibited list of properties under Section 22-A (2) of the Act and the remedies that can be availed by the aggrieved parties was dealt with by the Full Bench of this Court in "Vinjamuri Rajagopala Chary Vs State of Andhra Pradesh1". The Full Bench directed constitution of a Committee to redress grievance of any person against inclusion of property under Section 22-A (1) (e) of the Act. Accordingly, Government constituted three member Committee. 4.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave of the Court to make a representation to the Committee constituted by the Government.

Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to make a representation to the Committee constituted by the Government. It is needless to observe that as and when such representation is made, the 1 2016 (1) ALT (550) (F.B)

- 3 - Committee shall objectively consider the same and take appropriate decision as warranted by law, within a period of three

(3) months from the date of submission of such representation. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
