Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

"....to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction, more particularly a writ in the nature of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the 1st respondent in disposing of the application made by the petitioner dt.13.10.2016 under Form VI-A under rule 18 r/w.4(1) of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 for issuance of Pattadar Pass Book and Title Deed in favour of the petitioner for Ac.4.00 in S.No.347 of Vempadu village, Yellamanchili Mandal, Visakhapatnam Dist, AP State, as unjust and illegal and direct the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of the above application in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a direction may be given to the respondent authorities to dispose of the application dated 13.10.2016 made by the petitioner at the earliest. 4.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that since the petitioner is claiming pattadar pass book and title deed on the basis of agreement of sale, the same is not permissible under law.

Having regard to the rival submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent - Tahsildar to dispose of the application dated 13.10.2016 made by the petitioner under Form VI-A, in accordance with law and also by taking into consideration the issue as to whether the pattadar pass book and title deed can be issued on the basis of agreement of sale, at the earliest, after hearing the petitioner and the aggrieved persons, if any. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _______________________ JUSTI CE C.
