HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT & HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.A. No. 887 of 2018 JUDGMENT:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Having heard the learned counsel for both the parties at length and perused the material placed on record, we find no ground to interfere with the order dated 12.06.2018 in W.P.No. 19235 of 2018 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court.

The writ appeal is devoid of merit and the same is accordingly dismissed. However, the appellants are at liberty to file an application seeking to expedite hearing of the writ petition before the learned Single Judge. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
