In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the respondents that the subject Suit in O.S.No.176 of 2011 was decreed on 11.02.2022 and in view of the same, cause in this appeal does not survive for adjudication.

The said submissions are taken on record.

Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
