Narra Ramakrishna And 4 Others v. The State Of Telangana And 5 Others
HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.25773 of 2019 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings of the 4th respondent in Rc.No.1529/2017/S, dated 17.07.2019, instructing the 5th respondent to conduct joint survey to the total area of Sultanpur RF Block as per gazette notification for Stage-II clearance in favour of the 6th respondent as illegal and arbitrary. It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the said proceedings are only internal communication between the District Forest Officer and the District Collector and no rights have been conferred on the unofficial 6th respondent by virtue of the said proceedings.
In view of the same, I do not find any reason to entertain the writ petition.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, it is open for the petitioner to challenge as and when rights have been conferred in accordance with law. No costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. _____________________________ A. RAJASHEKER REDDY, J Date: 22.11.2019 ska
