seeking correction/clarification of the order dt.25.08.2022 passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.7378 of 2022.

This Court on 25.08.2022 dismissed the Criminal Petition and at the 7th line of the 5th paragraph of the order, this Court directed the concerned Court to dispose off the bail application on merits on the same day or the next day.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner prays by filing this application to correct the operative portion of the order by directing the concerned Court to dispose off the bail application on merits on the same day, instead of directing to dispose off on the same day or the next day.

In view of the aforesaid submission, Office is directed to substitute the sentence

in 7th line of para 5 of the order with the following;

"On such surrender, the concerned Court shall dispose off the bail application on merits on the same day after giving opportunity of hearing to the Public Prosecutor."

Accordingly, the earlier order dt.25.08.2022 passed in Crl.P.No.7378/2022 stands corrected with the above observation.
