THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL WRIT APPEAL No. 377 of 2015 JUDGMENT: (per NRR,J) This writ appeal is preferred by the appellants-writ petitioners against an interlocutory order passed by learned Single Judge on 08.04.2015 directing the matter to be listed again on 03.06.2015 in the motion list and extending till then the earlier interlocutory order granted on 02.04.2015. On 02.04.2015, the learned Judge directed stay of demolition of structures only in respect of Door No.2/40 at Gudlavallery Village, Krishna District. The rider added by the learned Judge was that the appellants shall not make any further constructions till then. It is important to note that while obtaining stay of demolition, the parties are proceeding by making further constructions.

Therefore, the Court as a matter of precaution adds such riders. The appellants cannot take exception thereto. Therefore, we do not find any merit in the writ appeal. It is accordingly dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
