This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/A-9 ) I ) seeking to reduce the number of sureties from two sureties to one surety, as per the order OA.ll'2O21 passed by the I Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, in Cr1'M'P'No'3515 of 2O2l in Crime No.313 of 2O2l of P.S' Musheerabad, Hyderabad' while granting bail.

The operative portion of the order dated 08. 11.2027 reads as under:- 'That the petitioner/A-9 shall be enlarged on bail on execution of his personal bond for Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) with two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of XVII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parents of the petitioner are financially weak and poor labourers and as such, the petitioner is seeking reduction of sureties for the amount of Rs.25,00O/- from two sureties to one surety. 4.

In view of the reasons stated in the affidavit fi1ed in support of the petition, the number of sureties granted by the Court below in Crl.M.P.No.3515 of 2O2l in Crime No.313 of 2O2l of P.S. Musheerabad, Hyderabad, is reduced from two sureties to one surety. The other conditions imposed by the Court below shall be intact.
