It is brought to the notice of this Court that the Hon'ble Supreme Court, in Special Leave to Appeal (C) No.1894/2016, granted stay of operation of the judgment dated 10.09.2015 passed by this Court in Writ Appeal No.1050 of 2014. In view of the same, Contempt Case is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Contempt Case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
