In this Writ Petition, petitioner prays for issuance of a direction to the respondents to provide electricity service connection in respect of plot No.87, admeasuring 484 sq.yards, covered by Survey No.1007, situated at Century Hills, Kukatpally Village, Balanagar Mandal, Rangareddy District. Sri R. Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Telangana State Southern Power Distribution Company Limited, appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the petitioner's application would be processed and necessary orders would be passed and the same would be intimated to the petitioner.

Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's application dated 30.03.2019 for providing electricity service connection with respect to the subject plot and pass necessary orders in accordance with the prescribed procedure and communicate the same to the petitioner. This entire exercise

CKR, J W.P.No.25711 of 2019 shall be completed within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
