HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.270 of 2016 ORDER:

This revision case is filed by the petitioner under Sections 397 & 401 of Criminal Procedure Code challenging the common Judgment, dated 01.12.2016, in Crl.A. No.746 of 2014 passed by the V Additional Chief Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Hyderabad.

When the matter came up for hearing on 07.06.2016, none appeared for the petitioner and there is no representation on his behalf. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed on 14.06.2016 under the caption 'for dismissal.' Even today, though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
