This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief :

" ... to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the impugned orders passed by respondent No.2 vide proc.Ref.C/954/2009, dated 28-8-2009 as illegal, arbitrary and against A.P. Scheduled Commodities (L&D Card System) Order 2001 and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner as fair price shop dealer for Shop No.15, Kumarunipalli village, Vallur Mandal, Kadapa District ..."

At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. As a sequel to the dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP No.29479 of 2009 is dismissed.
