HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No. 7536 of 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of investigation in Crime No.242 of 2018 of Humayun Nagar Police Station, Hyderabad, registered against the petitioner/ A1 and others for the offences punishable under Sections 448 and 427 of I.P.C. 2.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, it has been submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that a charge sheet has been submitted in the said crime vide S.R.No.2939 of 2019, before the VI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, but C.C. number has not been assigned and seeks a direction to the Magistrate.

In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public prosecutor, the learned VI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, is directed to assign the C.C. number immediately and proceed in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
