Heard Sri Satyam Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in trying to dispossess the petitioners from the land admeasuring Acs.10.64 cents in T.S.No.660/ 1 in R.S.No.184/ 1 and Ac.0.40 cents in 660/ 2 in R.S.No.281/ B situated at Palakol Town, West Godavari District, as illegal and arbitrary'.

Though various grounds are raised learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the orders passed by the Civil Court and also by the Tahsildar, representations were made for issuance and settlement of pattas, but till date no orders are passed. He placed on record representations made in the year 2014.

Learned Government Pleader submits that if such a representation is still pending consideration, the same may be directed to be disposed of, at the earliest, in accordance with law, after hearing all concerned.

Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent-authorities to consider the representation dated 24.06.2013 or 10.07.2014, if the same are still pending consideration, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of six to eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, after hearing the petitioner and the aggrieved persons, if any.
