THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 3389 of 2004 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief : " To direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners for appointment under displaced persons quota in terms of G.O.Ms.No.98, dated 15.4.1986 by issuing a writ, more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or in any other writ, order or directions and further to declare the action of the respondents in not providing the job as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India."

When this case came up for admission, this Court vide orders dated 25.2.2004 had granted interim direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners for appointment under displaced persons quota in terms of G.O.Ms.No.98 dated 15.4.1986.

In view of the interim orders dated 25.2.2004, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
