Bhosale) Sri Suresh Shiv Sagar, learned counsel for the petitioner, does not press this public interest litigation and seeks liberty to the petitioner to file an application for his impleadment as party respondent in W.P.No.31646 of 2014. Sri D.V. Sitaram Murthy, learned Senior Counsel, for the petitioner in the writ petition has no objection for granting such liberty, subject to the right of the petitioner to oppose such application.
In view of the submissions of learned counsel, we are satisfied that the following order will meet the ends of justice. "1. Public interest litigation is disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed. 2.
The petitioner is allowed to seek his impleadment as respondent in W.P.No.31646 of 2014, subject to the right of the writ petitioner to oppose the prayer of the petitioner. 3.
All contentions on merits are kept open."
