Learned counsel representing for the petitioner, submits that after filing of the writ petition, the respondents have issued proceedings dated 11.02.2015 permitting the petitioner to proceed with the fishing operations and fishing operations were also completed.

In view of the same, no cause in this writ petition survives for adjudication. Hence, the writ petition is closed. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
