HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.31758 of 2017 ORDER:

The action of respondent No.2 (Station House Officer, Ramayanpet Police Station, Medak District), in interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioner and others and calling her and her husband to the police station and detaining them, is questioned in this Writ Petition as being illegal and arbitrary. Learned Government Pleader for Home (TS), on written instructions, would submit that, neither any complaint was registered against the petitioner nor did they interfere with her life and liberty;

the allegation that on the complaint of Sri Y.Ashok and Sri Y.Srivani regarding a civil dispute the police are calling the petitioner and her husband every week twice since August, 2016 and detaining them illegally, is denied; and, on mere apprehension, the present writ petition has been filed. Recording the submission of the Learned Government Pleader for Home that respondent No.2 is not calling the petitioner and her husband to the Ramayanpet Police Station, Hyderabad, the Writ Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
