Heard Sri B.V.V.S.Murthy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri N. Ashok Kumar, Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation appearing for respondent Nos. 2 to 4.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation appearing for Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 submits that only on apprehension, the present Writ Petition is filed. He further submits that if any private property is required for any public purpose, the respondents will follow due process of law and if there are any deviations in the construction made by the petitioner, appropriate action will be taken as per law only.

The said statement is placed on record.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
