HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.22501 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard Mr.M.Praveen Kumar for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Aggrieved by the order dated 21.04.2018 passed by the 3rd respondent, the petitioner filed revision along with interlocutory application before the 2nd respondent and the same are pending. Now the grievance of petitioner is that neither the interlocutory application nor the revision is taken up for hearing. Hence, the writ petition.

The Assistant Government Pleader submits that the 2nd respondent may be directed to dispose of the interlocutory application filed by petitioner within a reasonable period. The statement is placed on record.

The writ petition is disposed of by this order. (a) The 2nd respondent considers and disposes of the interlocutory application filed by petitioner within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

(b) The petitioner is given liberty to file memo by enclosing a copy of this order for timely compliance of the direction issued by this Court.

(c) Till consideration and disposal of interlocutory application, there shall be status-quo as on date in all aspects.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
