HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.12952 OF 2017 ORDER:

The only grievance of the petitioner-society in this writ petition is non-consideration of application made by it seeking allotment of land total admeasuring Ac.14.00 guntas in Survey Nos.37 and 39, situated at Gachibowly Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District under G.O.Ms.No.747 Revenue (UC-I) Department, dated 18.06.2008.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Inasmuch as the grievance of the petitioner is only nonconsideration of its application made seeking for allotment of land in question, suffice it to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the application, without expressing any opinion on merits, said to have been made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, expeditiously. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
