This writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the house property and open place bearing Municipal No.2-96/2(old) (New No.5-37/1) with compound wall, admeasuring 592 sq. yards in Sy.No.240 situated at Enumamula Village, Warangal Urban Mandal, Warangal Urban District.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

The grievance of the petitioner is that respondents Nos.2 to 4 in collusion with respondents Nos.5 to 8 are interfering with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the subject property. 4.

Considering facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the following direction:

Respondents Nos.2 to 4 are directed not to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the aforesaid property and with any of the civil disputes in respect of the property of the petitioner. At the same time, this order will not stand in the way of respondents Nos.2 to 4 to proceed with the investigation, if any case is registered against the petitioners for cognizable offence.
