ORDER

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., by the petitioner/complainant to direct the XXII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad, to dispose of Crl.M.P(SR). No.340 of 2018 in C.C.No.761 of 2013, pending on his file. 2.

During hearing, the petitioner-in-person requested this Court to issue a direction to the Court below to dispose of the aforesaid petition.

In view of the submission of the petitioner and the said petition is pending since 01.03.2018, I deem it appropriate to direct the XXII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad, to dispose of Crl.M.P(SR).No.340 of 2018, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
