HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE J. SREENIVAS RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1695 OF 2012 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed under Section 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.12448 of 2012 dated 06.07.2012.

The learned counsel for the petitioners contended that inspite of specific directions issued by this Court while disposing of the W.P.No.12448 of 2012 dated 06.07.2012, the respondents are interfering with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioners land admeasuring to an extent of Ac.5.17 guntas and extent Ac.10.13 guntas in Survey Nos.346 and 347 respectively situated at Vemulakurthi Village, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, Karimnagar District.

Respondent No.1 - Divisional Forest Officer, Karimnagar East, filed counter specifically stating that the respondents are not interfering and destroying the lands of the petitioners and further stated that they have not made any attempt to interfere in the said land and they have not violated

the orders passed by this Court.

Recording the averments made by the respondent No.1 in the counter affidavit, the Contempt Case is closed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed. _____________________________ JUSTICE J. SREENIVAS RAO 3rd February, 2023 GV/PSW
