This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus not to sanction any kind of loan to 'Ayesha Podupu Lakshmi Group', Banaganapalli Town and Mandal, Kurnool District. Though the direction is sought against the said party, the same is not impleaded. On the ground of non-joinder of necessary party, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed.

After arguing for some time, learned standing counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with a liberty to implead the necessary and proper parties. Accordingly, permission as sought for is granted and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
