THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.22582 of 2018 ORDER :

This matter was listed under the caption of "for being mentioned" on the basis of the Memo dated 20.09.2018 filed by the office of the Advocate General.

Along with the said Memo, document No. 1409 dated 27.08.2018 was filed by the respondents, indicating that sale consideration as per the said document was only Rs.2.80 lakhs per acre and that the District Collector (2nd respondent) in the order dated 07.03.2018 erroneously noted the sale consideration as Rs.42,37,838/- per acre. 3.

Counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the said document. 4.

Had the District Collector been more careful in recording the facts in this impugned order, the petitioner would not have been compelled to approach this Court.

However, in view of the sale consideration mentioned in the document No.1409 of 2008 dated 27.08.2008, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition.

Accordingly, permission is granted.

The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No orders as to costs. 8.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
