This contempt case is filed complaining wilful disobedience on the part of the respondent in implementing the order dated 02.07.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.13309 of 2019.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Labour appearing for the respondent reported that the respondent has complied with the order dated 02.07.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.13309 of 2019. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not dispute the same.

In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
