THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.2040 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.383 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate at Kodad, Nalgonda District, for the offence under Sections 498-A and 506 I.P.C.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Criminal Petition is disposed of with the following directions : The presence of petitioners herein is dispensed with before the trial Court and the trial Court is directed to proceed with the trial in the C.C.No.383 of 2015 and to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible. The petitioners shall be properly represented through their counsel before the trial Court.
