This Criminal Petition is {iled by the petitioners seeking to quash proceedings in C.C.No.35l of 2019, on the Iile of Judicial First Class Magistrate at Narayankhed, Sangareddy District.

On earlier occasion, learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to verify the status of the case before the Court below. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners, though the matter is posted under the caption 'for dismissal'. In the said circumstances, this Court is not inclined to keep the petition pending.
