THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE GUDI SEVA SHYAM PRASAD WRI T PETI TI ON No.592 of 2016 ORDER: (Per Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri Amancharla V. Gopala Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that despite addressing letter dated 09.07.2017 to the petitioner, he could not secure any instructions in the matter. Sri Maruthi Jadhav, learned counsel representing Sri B.S. Prasad, learned counsel for the State Bank of India, would inform this Court that the conditional interim order dated 06.01.2016 has not been complied with.
In these circumstances, we are constrained to conclude that the petitioner is no longer desirous of pursuing this writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Interim order dated 06.01.2016 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
