THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL Criminal Petition No.9268 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C) by the petitioner/complainant seeking to direct the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Special Mobile Court, Guntur to dispose of C.C.No.293 of 2008, for the offences under Sections 494, 495, 420, 504 and 506 IPC read with Section 34 IPC.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/complainant and the learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

Having regard to the fact and circumstances of the case, the trial Court is directed to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.4940 and 4941 of 2013 and C.C. No.293 of 2008 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from today. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this petition, if any, shall stand closed.
