Smt. Katakam Laxmi W/O. Venkatesham v. The State Of Telangana

HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.31086 of 2015 ORDER:

Learned Counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter dt.22.03.2016 before the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and for the State of Andhra Pradesh stating that he has been instructed by his client to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition. This request is also reiterated in the Court.

Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any filed in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
